Identity Theft Prevention
Anyone can become a victim of identity fraud or theft and although it is still a comparatively rare type of crime, incidents are on the increase. Victims are generally chosen at random but some people can be more vunerable than others. Even the most mundane piece of information or document can be of great use to a fraudster.
You should regularly obtain a copy of your personal credit file to see if it includes any entries that you do not recognise. In addition to this there are a number of measures you can take to protect yourself from being at risk.
